I enjoyed Baker. It was the first 2-story school I had attended, being from the country and it was my first time having to change classes, I had always had one teacher for the entire day. I had a PE Coach (ex-marine) I did not care for in the least, but remember Mrs Greentree and Mr Edward Reed (history and science teachers).
We lived in Baker Village until my parents moved to Phenix City, AL where I graduated from Central High School. I went on to a tour of duty in the US Navy, then retired after 30 years of Civil Serivce at Fort Benning, Now I am a Georgia state employee at the Muscogee County Health Department. Divorced with one son and one granddaughter.
