He recalls being on the debate team with Newton Gingrich and Ron Tilton. ( Who were the others?) He writes, "My most memorable moment? Reading Oscar P. Boyles' signature on my butt, left by his routed whipping-board! Boy, don't we all wish a return of those days for our kids?"
Pete went to UGA, went to Vietnam, went to law school, got married and has four kids, got divorced. He practices law in Augusta and Savannah. His hobbies include ocean sailing, travel, computers and motivational speaking.
