After Baker High School and Columbus College I worked with TWA as an airline hostess for 11 years. I married Steve Cunningham in 1975. We moved to Columbia, South Carolina for a 2 year draft obligation in the Army. I commuted to New York during that time and worked flights to Europe.
We moved to Reno in 1977. Steve has been practicing Orthopedic Surgery for 20 years here. I have been at home with our two sons. David is now 19 in his second year at UNR. He is currently in Costa Rica at the Universidad National through UNR to study Spanish and the Rain Forest. Brent is 18 and a senior in high school. He is considering Dartmouth and a few other good colleges near mountains for next fall. Brent loves the Sierra Nevada Mts. and is under contract with Nitro Snowboards this season.
I have a few ideas of things to do when the "nest is empty". I'll think more about that when it happens. For now, I enjoy golf, spinning, weight training, cross country skiing among other things.
