One of my first memories of Baker was actually across the street. I think it was called the Blue Room. I wonder if anyone else remembers? I, like many others, enjoyed the sock-hops very much. I also remember going to McDonald's for lunch, when we could "get" away. Man those fries were good. The football games were the most fun. I never missed one. I don't think we won many while I was there.
I have been married since Oct. 1968. I have two sons 11 and 14. I have been teaching at Columbus Tech since 1977. My ambition is to be around for a long time so that I can enjoy my grandkids (when the time comes).
