At Baker I was in ROTC 2 years, Thespians 3 years -- my biggest and best activity at Baker. Most memorable moment? The day in Fall 1964 when I walked into a dressing room back stage and found Mike McCluskey (class of 66, and now, and since 1968, Mike Johnson) changing clothes.
After Baker, I got a BA English, University of Georgia, then spent 1969-72 in the US Army, most of it in Berlin where my first son Ben was born in 1971. After sons Nate and Gabe arrived in 1973, I got a JD from Georgia, 1975, then moved to Atlanta. With two very short periods of private practice, I have spent my legal career working for the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia. All three sons are married to wonderful women and we have our first grandchild, Finnley Yeats Johnson, 6/22/05. Mike and I spend our spare time on Finn, then on kayaking and pottery.
