Dale R Stoddard, Class of '69

ROTC 1967-69 Company Commander "A" Company. I enjoyed getting through High School and all of the great class mates. I had a lot of good teachers; remember "give 'em hell big L" for Mr Liebendorfer's English classes?

After graduation I worked for W.T. Grant's dept store (now defunct) then went into the Army and did 10 years in the Military Police serving at Ft Bragg, Ft Benning and in Fulda Germany. I returned to Columbus and attended classes at Columbus College 1977-1979. Then moved in 1979 to Clearwater Fl. and started working for the Clearwater Police Department, retiring with 24 1/2 years in March,2004. I live outside Augusta,Ga and am enjoying retirement. In my spare time I collect and design Police Insignia, donating my time to city projects and work in my garden. Am at moment tracking down my family tree, with my cousin and this has taken me to England several times. Would like to hear from anyone from the class of '69 or '70. REMEMBER....the Lions Spirit is in ALL of us...FOREVER!
