After-Baker: Entered the military after one year of college. Moved around for a bit and have been employed with the Federal Bureau of Prisons since 1980. I am currently the National Secretary Treasurer for the Council of Prison Locals (since 1997). We represent all Federal Prison workers (approximately 25,000 employees) and currently have almost 16,000 dues paying members.
