Well.....I transferred to Baker High from Tri-County High in Buena Vista, GA, prior to my Junior year. The school was so different and I had to make a whole new set of friends. Jan Hudgins was one of my first new friends. Then came the Academic buddies like Sarita Miller, Steve McDonald, Ronald Cooper, and others. After graduating from Baker, I went straight to CSU, majoring in Music. I loved music and got a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Music Performance... but I was not sure what I wanted to do career-wise. I directed Music at my Father's church for a while, and worked in retail. After working in retail for 5 years, I decided to go back to school in Psychology. I did extremely well, and got my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1996. Then came my opportunity to train to be a Programmer Analyst, via ICAPP. I made it through ICAPP with flying colors, got a 3rd Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science, and started working at TSYS, where I have been ever since. In August 2000 I bought my first home, meager though it may be, but it is MINE, and I am happy to now be a home owner.
