Contact information for Shawna Baker Lions onlyAbout-Baker: I was involved in many activities most of which I can't remember. The Marching Band and the Tennis Team are standouts. I enjoyed Coach Liner's Science class and Ms. V. Johnson's drama class (both of which I was never officially enrolled) and Mrs. Cox's chemistry class. We had a good time. Marching Band was all that... My most memorable moment at Baker would have to be the last Senior Class Day. The show was the bomb and the whole day was very emotional.
After-Baker: When Baker closed, I went on to Carver like most of my other classmates. After graduation I attended Alabama State University in Montgomery, AL where I majored in Secondary Education/ Social Sciences. I taught in Montgomery for several years and just recently moved to Washington, D.C. to work on a couple more degrees. I hope to teach on the college level for a while and then who knows where life will lead me...
